HEALTHY DIET:
I received some requests from friend for me to re-post the healthy diet I got from a nutritional doctor, so here, I give you the summary of the diet program, with no medicines or heavy sports required:
I received some requests from friend for me to re-post the healthy diet I got from a nutritional doctor, so here, I give you the summary of the diet program, with no medicines or heavy sports required:
- Every morning when you wake up, drink 4 glass of plain water (about 1200 ml of water).
- Wait for 45 minutes to enable the water clean all the system in your body. During that time, please don't eat or drink anything. Brush your teeth and then you can start your breakfast 7 table spoon of plain rice (150 gram of rice) or 300 gram of boiled potatoes . You can eat your meal (every meal) with 80 gram of chicken or fish fillet + boiled vegetables.
- Drink only hot tea or hot water with every meal, to reduce fat in your body.
- After breakfast, don't eat anything for two hours.
- Morning snack (10:00 am): Only 1 apple or peach or 2 pieces of sugar free crackers/ biscuits.
- Lunch: 5 table spoon of rice (100 gram of rice) or 200 gr boiled potato + 80 grams of chicken or fish fillet + boiled vegetables.
- Afternoon snack: 2 pieces of plain crackers only.
- Dinner before 07:00 pm: 3 table spoon of rice (50 gram) or 100 gram boiled potato + 80 grams chicken/ fish fillet + boiled vegetables.All foods must be boiled, steamed or grilled. Don't eat any fried foods. No shrimps, squids, jack-fruits, durian or the kind of.
- Drink vitamin B complex (to avoid cancer), Vitamin C (500 mg) for your stamina/energy and vitamin D (500 mg) only once in a day after meal. Vitamin D will avoid you from osteoporosis
By following this diet, you will lose
your weight in a healthy way.
Drink 4 glass of water every morning can
cure you from diabetics within a month, cardiac disease, hypertension
(high blood pressure) within 2 weeks, kidney failure etc.
